金蓮花 '蘭焰'

These are already scrambling up the trellis, and I love how each flower is a little different—some are mostly yellow, others are heavily brushed with that red. The color shift as they mature is genuinely fun to watch, and the trailing habit is perfect for softening the edge of my raised bed.

I hung a basket of these by the back door and the trailing habit is already spilling over the edge perfectly. The flowers are a really unique mix of gold and red that I’ve never seen before.

The color variation on these blooms is incredible—every single flower looks completely different from the last. They’ve been growing like crazy in my window box, and the trailing habit is perfect for spilling over the edge.
