The germination rate was fantastic, and these seedlings handled our unusual July heatwave much better than I expected. We've been enjoying tender, sweet butterhead leaves in our salads for weeks now.

Planted these in early June expecting them to bolt in the heat, but they held up way better than any other butterhead I've tried. The heads formed nice and tight, and the leaves have that classic sweet, buttery texture. Definitely my go-to lettuce for a summer salad garden now.
