檸檬 '邁耶'

Planted this Meyer lemon a few months back and it's already putting out new growth and a couple of tiny flower buds. The evergreen foliage gives the garden a nice lush look even in winter.

It’s evergreen, so the tree keeps its deep green leaves all year round — that’s the main reason I chose it. The fruit is just starting to swell and the whole plant smells like a proper citrus grove.

The leaves have a wonderful glossy sheen that brightens up my patio, and I love that it's evergreen so there's always something green to look at. It arrived in great shape and settled into its pot without any fuss.
