檸檬香蜂草

I’ve been brewing a cup of this tea every evening and it really does help settle my racing thoughts. The leaves have a bright, true lemon taste without being bitter at all.

I was skeptical about the memory claims, but after a week of adding fresh leaves to my evening tea, I do feel more focused and calm. The plant itself arrived healthy and has been thriving on my windowsill.

Steeping a few leaves in hot water after a long day really does make a soothing, lemon-scented tea that helps me unwind. I've also noticed my recall feels a bit sharper since I started using it, which is a nice bonus.
