飛燕草 '伯爵茶'

The top flowers opened just as described, and I'm thrilled with how easily they dried while keeping their shape. Cut a few stems early for fresh arrangements and the rest for drying later in the season.

The drying instructions were spot-on—waiting for those top three or four blooms before hanging them upside down gave me perfectly preserved stems for my arrangement. They held their greyish-blue color beautifully and added a soft, airy texture to the dried bouquet.

Planted these in early spring and they're already sending up sturdy stems. I love that you can cut them for fresh bouquets or let a few blooms open and then hang them to dry for winter arrangements.
