羽衣甘藍 '象牙花園'

I’ve been growing this kale in a mixed flower bed, and it’s both sturdy and striking through cool weather. The large, frilly heads really anchor the garden while giving us tender leaves for salads.

Planted these in a sunny border and they honestly became the talk of the garden — the pale ivory heart against the bright green outer leaves looks like something out of a magazine. They’re sturdy too, holding up well through a couple of light frosts, and the leaves are tender enough to toss straight

Planted these seeds three weeks ago and the seedlings already show that gorgeous contrast between white centers and bright green edges. Can't wait to see the full heads develop in the veggie patch.
