羽衣甘藍 '哈爾博赫爾·格魯納'

Sown these in late August and they've shrugged off two frosts already, the frilled leaves staying tight and vibrant. The semi-high habit makes them easy to pick without sprawling everywhere.

Planted these in early fall and they survived the first frosts beautifully. The crinkly leaves are so tightly frilled and bright green, just as described. Already have tender leaves to harvest for salads.

The crinkly leaves are even more tightly frilled than I expected, which gives them a great texture for cooking. They handled our first light frost without any damage, so the cold tolerance is real.
