天竺葵 '肉豆蔻'

The leaves are so velvety I keep touching them every time I walk past, and that warm nutmeg scent really does hit you when you brush by. Planted it as a border edge and it’s staying tidy and compact, exactly what I wanted.

Tucked it into a hanging basket on the porch, and the pale-pink flowers are already a magnet for bees. The nutmeg scent is subtle but lovely every time I brush past it.
