法國龍蒿

I've been looking for true French tarragon everywhere, and this plant's leaves have that perfect anise kick. Mixed it into a quick vinegar last night and already tastes better than any dried stuff I've tried. Thrilled to finally have a fresh supply for my chicken recipes.

I was a little nervous ordering a live herb online, but this tarragon came in vibrant and full. I've already used it in two different salad dressings and a chicken dish, and the flavor is exactly what I was hoping for. It's growing strong on my windowsill now.
