茄子 '佛羅倫斯紫'

I was blown away by how creamy and mild these eggplants are—no bitterness at all, just ready for the grill. The hefty ruffled fruit look stunning on the plant and are the perfect size for stuffing. Can’t wait to order more seeds for next season.

The ruffled teardrop shape is so unique and beautiful—I can’t wait to see them in the garden. I’m thrilled that the description promises a creamy, non-bitter texture, because that’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

I was nervous about bitterness with heirloom eggplants, but this one has that creamy texture I'd hoped for. The plant produced a heavy harvest of those beautiful ruffled fruits, and they're stunning sliced in a caprese. Absolutely thrilled with this variety for my garden.
