紫錐花 '紫色'

Planted these in early spring and by midsummer they were already putting on a stunning show of purple blooms that lasted well into September. The flowers are noticeably larger and more vibrant than other coneflowers I've tried, and the plants seem quite hardy even through a dry spell.

Planted these last spring and they’re already putting out huge, vibrant purple blooms that last well into September. The seedlings were surprisingly sturdy and took off faster than I expected. Can’t wait to see them come back even bigger next year.

Bloomed a little later than I expected, but once they started, the vibrant purple flowers lasted well into early autumn.
