小黃瓜 'Mini White' (有機)

These little white cucumbers are a fun talking point in the garden, and they are surprisingly crisp and sweet. I've been eating them fresh, but I'll definitely try pickling some next time.

I was pleasantly surprised by how crisp these 10cm cucumbers are—perfect for slicing into salads. They have a mild, refreshing taste that’s different from the usual green varieties. Already planning to pickle the next batch.

The pale white skin on these cucumbers looks almost alien in the garden, but the flavor is crisp and mild. I used a few for pickling and they stayed firm, just as the description said they would. Already planning to save seeds from my best fruit for next season.
