Corn 'Dwarf' f1

Picked the first ears today after a cool spring, and the sweetness surprised me—literally ate one raw right there in the garden. The dwarf size made it easy to harvest without wrestling tall stalks.

Planted these in a spot that only gets morning sun and was still harvesting sweet, tender cobs before my neighbors even had tassels on their standard corn. The raw crunch is genuinely surprising for a dwarf variety.

Even in our short, cool summer these were the first corn to set cobs, and the dwarf size made them perfect for a small bed. I bit into one raw right off the stalk and the sugar level honestly surprised me.
