辣椒 '早生哈拉皮紐'

I've been using these jalapenos for my homemade salsa verde and the grassy flavor really makes it authentic. They're the perfect heat level for pickling too, not too intense.

These seeds sprouted quickly and every single one took off. The grassy, slightly sharp heat is spot-on for pickling, and I've already used a batch for a proper green salsa that tastes just like the real thing.

The grassy flavor really comes through in sauces, which is exactly what I wanted for my homemade salsa. Seeds germinated quickly, and the plants are already loaded with peppers.
