芹菜根 '維羅納'

I planted these in a mix of compost and sand, and they've produced solid, fragrant roots that taste just like a milder celery. The historical connection to ancient gardens is a nice bonus.

These seeds sprouted vigorously in just under two weeks, and the seedlings look robust. I'm excited to try growing this ancient Mediterranean variety, as it's supposed to be more flavorful than standard celery root.
