The lime-green heads were such a beautiful surprise when they matured, and the earthy pea flavor is exactly as described. Even after a late frost in May, these plants stood strong and kept growing perfectly.

Planted these in early spring during a cold snap and they didn't even flinch. The earthy pea taste is exactly as described, and they're ready to harvest weeks before my other cauliflower. Steamed lightly with butter, they were absolutely perfect.
