甜椒「地平線」有機

I’ve been growing these for a few weeks now and they’re already producing thick-walled peppers that hold up great in stir-fries. The crisp texture when you bite into one is exactly what I wanted from a bell pepper.

The color on these is amazing—they go from a deep green to such a bright, almost neon orange that it makes the garden look like a painting. The flesh is noticeably thick and crisp when you bite into them.

These peppers are incredibly productive; I'm picking a handful of beautiful, thick-walled oranges every few days. They add such a vivid pop of colour to salads and stir-fries.
