金盞花 '綠心橙'

I was skeptical anything could bloom in my dreary winter garden, but these seeds produced vibrant orange flowers within weeks. The color is an incredible, cheerful brightness that truly lives up to the description.

I started these in pots during a cold snap and was amazed how quickly they sprouted—within a week I had sturdy little seedlings. The description wasn’t kidding about blooming through winter; even in January I’m getting bright orange flowers.

These seeds germinated quickly and the seedlings have been surprisingly hardy even during our late frosts. The bright orange blooms are just starting to open and already adding a cheerful pop of color to a gloomy corner of the yard.
