高麗菜 'Early Jersey Wakefield'

I've been growing this heirloom cabbage for three seasons now and the tight cone heads really do save space in my raised beds. Heads form nicely and stay compact even when I crowd them a bit.

The cone-shaped heads are perfect for my tight garden layout, and they formed even sooner than I expected. I've already harvested a few and the flavor is exactly what I hoped from an heirloom.

I planted these in a small raised bed and was amazed how much cabbage I got from such compact plants. The heads are dense and sweet, perfect for coleslaw. Already planning to order more for next season.
