Steamed up a big bunch last night and the earthy, mustard kick was exactly what I hoped for. The leaves and stems stayed tender, not mushy. Definitely planting more for a second round.

The continuous harvest claim is no joke; I've been picking tender leaves and stems for weeks from just a few plants. That earthy, mustardy flavor is exactly what I was hoping for, and it's delicious lightly steamed with olive oil.
