豆 'Northeaster' (有機)

The early harvest was the big win for me—these were already producing while my other bean varieties were still just vines. Knowing they're grown right in the preservation garden gives me confidence in the seed quality, too.

These beans sprouted vigorously and were the first to produce pods in my garden this year. I’m thrilled with how well they’re performing in our cooler spring weather.

Planted these in early spring and they were already producing pods before my other bean varieties had even flowered. The seeds themselves looked healthy and plump straight out of the packet.
