Cutting through the tough soil to get below the spear was effortless with this knife—the angled blade slides in and severs the stalk cleanly every time. I’ve used it for a full harvest season now and it still feels as sharp as day one.

First cut through a thick spear took maybe two seconds and came out perfectly clean below the soil line, exactly like the pros do it. The V-shaped head is sharp enough that I didn’t even need to bend over much, which saved my back on a long row.
