朝鮮薊 'Imperial Star' - 盆栽植物

I planted these in early spring and was thrilled to see the first buds develop exactly as described—smooth, buttery flavor that lived up to the hype. Cutting them back after harvest was easy, and I'm already noticing more offsets forming for next year's crop.

Those first-year buds were surprisingly big and tender—the buttery texture really is as good as promised. I’m already staking out a spot for the offsets to divide in spring.
