紅石榴莧菜（有機）

The leaves have this beautiful deep red color that makes my salads look gourmet, and the flavor is mild enough to use like spinach. I sautéed a big batch with garlic and it wilted perfectly in under two minutes. Been enjoying the tender texture even more than I expected.

The deep red leaves are so tender and flavorful, way better than the generic spinach from the store. I've been using them in salads for a few weeks and they hold up beautifully, even after a light sauté.

These seeds germinated quickly and the leaves have that perfect mild spinach taste I was hoping for. Even the flower stalks that followed were a beautiful deep red.
