The scent that drifts from the window box where I planted these is so much richer and more complex than I expected—it carries that true old-fashioned fragrance. Even in a small pot on the sill, it fills the room.

I tucked these seeds into a pot near my kitchen window, and within weeks the scent fills the whole room whenever I open it—just like the old days with stock. The tiny flowers are surprisingly long-lasting for such a delicate-looking plant.

The old-world fragrance is exactly what I hoped for—it fills the whole window sill even on still evenings, and the scent feels richer than modern hybrids. I tucked a pot beside my stock like the description suggests, and now the room smells sweet from morning to night.
