An invaluable silver-foliaged plant with distinctive lance-shaped leaves terminating in striking white leaf rosettes, this perennial was named for 'Valerie Finnis', a renowned British photographer and gardener. Grown purely for its beautiful foliage, it is an excellent foil in the garden or perennial border, where it maintains its striking silvery-white colour through the season. Also suited to cut flower arrangements.

Amelia V. ★★★★★

The silvery, lance-shaped leaves are exactly what my border needed, and those white rosette tips add an unexpected touch of elegance. It's already settled in nicely after just a couple of weeks in partial shade.

Isabella V. ★★★★★

The silvery leaves with those white tips are even more striking in person than in the photos. It’s settled into my border nicely and adds a really unique texture among the other perennials.

Henry G. ★★★★★

Planted these a few weeks back and the lance-shaped leaves already have those distinctive white rosettes forming. It's really filled out the front of my border and the silver contrasts beautifully with the darker green perennials nearby.
