Category: Seeds

Fragrant leaves are reminiscent of a mix between tarragon and anise. Ideal for making herb vinegars or dry the leaves for a warming herbal brew. The long-lasting clusters of small yellow flowers are a magnet for bees, and the petals have a refreshing minty flavour so are a great addition to salads. Also known as Mexican Tarragon, or Mexican Mint Marigold.

Sofia C. ★★★★★

I dried a handful of the leaves last week and the anise-tarragon scent is lovely for tea. The plant itself is bushy and healthy, and those yellow flowers really do last for weeks.

Steven ★★★★★

The flowers are still going strong after a month, and I love snipping fresh leaves for vinegar—the anise-tarragon flavor is perfect.

Nicholas C. ★★★★★

I dried a batch of the leaves for tea, and the anise-tarragon flavor is surprisingly complex and soothing. The seeds sprouted quickly in my herb bed.
