Category: Seeds

If there was a poster girl for heirloom vegetables then GALEUX D'YSINES would have to be it, dating back to 1880. Pink orange skin is beautifully adorned with thick golden webbing reminiscent of antique brocade. Hailing from the Bordeaux region of France it is a popular pumpkin with rich orange flesh that is commonly used for soups.

Julian O. ★★★★★

I planted these Galeux D’Eysines seeds two months ago and the seedlings are already thriving, with that signature pink-orange skin and golden webbing starting to show. The germination rate was impressive for such an old heirloom variety—about 90% of what I sowed came up strong.

Lucy ★★★★★

The webbing on these seeds' packaging is gorgeous, but what really sold me is how the description notes it dates back to 1880—such a cool piece of garden history. I can't wait to see that pink-orange skin and golden webbing develop on the actual pumpkins.

Isabella ★★★★★

The germination rate on these seeds was fantastic — nearly every one sprouted within a week. The seedlings look strong and healthy, and I can already see the unique webbing pattern starting to form on the tiny fruits.
