Fig 'White Adriatic'

Finally got my hands on this fig and the flavor is incredible—the green skin turns a beautiful amber when ripe and the inside really does have that jelly-like texture. It’s such a unique, sweet taste that I’ve never had from any other fig I’ve grown.

That strawberry jelly description is spot-on—the flesh inside is incredibly sweet and jammy. I picked my first ripe fruit this morning and the flavor is unlike any fig I've had before. The green-tinted amber skin is beautiful too.
