The red bell-shaped flowers started blooming about three weeks in, and the contrast against those dark leaves is just stunning. It's already filling out to the promised 12cm height, and the glossy texture makes it look almost fake in the best way.

Those dark glossy leaves are even more dramatic in person, and the plant arrived perfectly packed and healthy. I’ve already spotted a tiny red bud forming on one of the stems.

The red bell-shaped flowers just started to appear on long stems and they look incredible against the dark, almost black leaves. It's already about 10cm tall in just a few weeks.
