A yellow-skinned form of dragon fruit is worth growing for its spectacular night-blooming fragrant bell-shaped flowers alone but to make the prospect even more attractive, these special flowers are followed by unique lemon sorbet flavoured fruit. In their native Central America they are pollinated by a nocturnal moth so hand-pollinating is recommended here.
