A southern Italian variety with striking lime-green heads and a delicious, earthy pea taste. An early variety, with excellent cold tolerance, hardy to frost once established. Steam lightly to maintain colour when cooking or enjoy raw! Yields 1.4kg heads. We are always on the lookout for vegetables that look good in the garden as well as on the plate, and this one is a winner on both fronts.

Grace ★★★★★

The lime-green heads were such a beautiful surprise when they matured, and the earthy pea flavor is exactly as described. Even after a late frost in May, these plants stood strong and kept growing perfectly.

Elizabeth ★★★★★

Planted these in early spring during a cold snap and they didn't even flinch. The earthy pea taste is exactly as described, and they're ready to harvest weeks before my other cauliflower. Steamed lightly with butter, they were absolutely perfect.

The lime-green heads are a real showstopper in the garden, and that pea-like taste is exactly as described. I’ve had a few light frosts already and the plants didn’t even blink, so the cold tolerance is no joke. Steamed it for about 4 minutes and it was the best cauliflower I’ve grown yet.
