Purple with a white core, this stunning dark carrot makes the tastiest carrot juice. It's easy to grow and maintains its colour after cooking – making for some pretty spectacular carrot soup! Their purple colour comes from a high concentration of anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants. If plants are left too long in the garden, enjoy their flowers and leave them in the garden for the bees and other beneficial insects. This dark coloured carrot is also suitable for use as a natural dye. Harvest in 75-85 days.
