Spinazie 'Perpetual' Biologisch

Finally, a spinach that doesn’t bolt the second it gets warm—I’ve been picking leaves for over a month now and it’s still producing. The flavor is milder than regular silverbeet but way more tender, perfect for salads. Definitely worth the 10-week wait for that first harvest.

I’ve been harvesting from these plants for over two months now, and they just keep producing tender leaves. The flavor is milder than regular silverbeet, which I actually prefer for salads. Perfect for extending the growing season.

Planted these in late July and they're still going strong in October without a single flower stalk. The perpetual harvest thing is real—I've taken leaves three times now and it keeps pushing out new ones. Ten weeks was spot on for the first cut.
