에키놉스 '리트로 블루'

Those golf ball-sized blue blooms are such a unique shape—they really stand out in the border. The color has lasted from late spring right through to now, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Those stiff white stems really hold the blue globes up even after a heavy rain. I’ve been getting compliments since they started blooming in late spring.

Planted these in May and the golf ball-sized blue blooms are still going strong in September, which is way more color than I expected. The stiff white stems hold up beautifully in wind, and the grey-green foliage adds nice texture even before the flowers open. Bees absolutely love them too.
