ルバーブ 'ウィンターワンダー' - 鉢植え

The fact that it keeps its color through winter while everything else goes dormant is exactly why I grabbed it. The deep red stalks have held up beautifully through two frosts already, and it looks properly established in the ground.

Planted these in early autumn and they're already sending up thick, deep red stalks while my older rhubarb patch is winding down. The cold tolerance is exactly what I needed for extending our harvest season into winter.

I was worried about planting rhubarb in late autumn, but this one is thriving while everything else slows down. It survived a couple of frosts without any damage and the stalks are already deepening to that beautiful red.
