クイーンズランドカウリマツ

It’s wild to think this tree outlived the dinosaurs, and mine arrived with a strong, healthy trunk and fresh green needles. I love that it’s from the Jurassic age, even if it’s now settled in my backyard.

The texture of the leaves is surprisingly soft and feathery, not at all what I expected from a tree this ancient. It arrived well-packed and has already put out new growth in my temperate garden.

The trunk has that ancient, almost prehistoric look to it, and it’s been holding up beautifully in a bright corner without any fuss. It’s a real conversation piece for anyone who appreciates a living relic from the Jurassic era.
