Planted this near my kitchen door and the scent every time I brush past is incredible. Already seeing bees on those pink blossoms, and the lemon-thyme flavor was perfect on a simple roast chicken.

I snipped a few sprigs for last night's roasted chicken, and the lemony scent was incredible—way more fragrant than my old thyme plant. The pink blossoms are already drawing in bees, which is exactly what I wanted.

The bees haven’t left my garden since the pink blossoms opened, and the leaves smell exactly like lemon zest when I brush past them. I threw a few sprigs over grilled trout last night, and the fragrance carried right through the dish.
