The umbrella shape of these white spikes is exactly what I was hoping for, and the plant has a sturdier, more compact look than the taller echiums I've seen. It's already adding a nice structural contrast to my garden beds.

The white flower spikes create such a sparkling umbrella effect that it's become the focal point of my entire garden bed. It's shorter and more compact than I expected, which actually works better for my layout.

I was a little worried the white flower spikes would look delicate, but they're actually quite sturdy and the squat, rounded form is really striking. The umbrella-shaped display has become the centerpiece of my garden.
