'Blue Tropic' (5 bulbs)

The corms arrived firm and healthy, and within a few weeks I had tall, vibrant flower spikes that look just like the photos. They’ve been blooming steadily for over a month now, which is longer than I expected from a gladiolus.

I planted these bulbs in a sunny border and the first stalk shot up in just a few weeks. The petals have a subtle, almost silvery sheen that makes them stand out in a bouquet.

Planted these along my back fence and every single bulb came up — the blooms are taller than I expected and that deep blue is unreal in person. They've been opening over the past two weeks and I've already cut a few for the kitchen table.
