Mesclun provenzale

The Australian Yellow Leaf lettuce in this mix adds such a nice buttery texture, and the chervil gives it a delicate anise kick I wasn’t expecting. I’ve been harvesting handfuls for three weeks now, and it’s perfect for a quick, chemical-free side salad.

Just tossed a handful of this mix into tonight's dinner salad, and the Australian Yellow Leaf lettuce added such a nice buttery texture alongside the peppery roquette. It's already sprouting fast in my garden beds, so I'm looking forward to fresh, chemical-free greens for weeks.

The spiciness of the roquette really comes through, and the Australian Yellow Leaf adds a nice buttery contrast. I've already harvested two cuttings and it keeps regrowing, which makes this mix feel like great value.
