Una varietà dell'Italia meridionale con teste di un sorprendente verde lime e un delizioso sapore terroso di pisello. Varietà precoce, con eccellente tolleranza al freddo, resistente al gelo una volta stabilizzata. Cuocere al vapore leggermente per mantenere il colore o gustare cruda! Produce teste di 1.4 kg. Siamo sempre alla ricerca di verdure che abbiano un bell'aspetto sia in giardino che nel piatto, e questa è vincente su entrambi i fronti.
