Pavot de Californie 'Jelly Beans'

These little flowers are like a box of colorful candy for the garden, with the double fluted petals in bright red, orange, and pink really popping against the green. I love how long they bloom, adding that splash of color well into the quieter part of the season.

I started a new bed with these seeds and the double fluted flowers are already drawing compliments from neighbors. The blooms held up beautifully through a surprise heatwave, keeping the garden bright for weeks.

The colors are unreal — that bright red-orange-pink mix is exactly why I bought them, and they’ve been blooming nonstop for weeks now. I planted them in a sunny border and the double fluted flowers just pop against everything else. Definitely the quiet-season hero I was hoping for.
