The first bloom opened yesterday and the color is exactly that cheerful bright yellow described—absolutely perfect for cutting. The petals are so neatly layered and full, it looks like a flower from a wedding bouquet.

Planted these tubers last spring and they’ve been blooming nonstop since mid-July. The bright yellow blooms are so full and rounded, they make incredible cut flowers for the kitchen table. Definitely adding more to my garden next year.

The petals are so perfectly layered and full, they look like they belong in a floral arrangement straight from a magazine. I’ve already cut a few blooms for a vase indoors, and the bright yellow is really cheerful.
